Shipping Methods
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Citylink. On occassion we will sell out, if this occurs please leave approx 28 days for delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

England, Wales and Scotland are all free shipping when you spend over £100.00
Under this amount delivery is just £3.50 + VAT

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a £20.00 non-refundable correction fee.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a £35.00 restocking fee.
Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
Proof Of Delivery
The person receiving the goods must sign ESCD as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any computerised record of the receiver's signature that ESCD has obtained will be evidence of the delivery of the quantity of parcels within the consignment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
